Join Nick Hall, founder of the Digital Tourism Think Tank, for a morning of inspirational ideas, talks and perspectives shared on Digital Innovation for Tourism Businesses and the future of tourism. 

During this Masterclass, delivered as part of our Tourism Enterprise Development (TED) Programme, we’ll be exploring collectively how Northern Ireland can use digital innovation to capitalise on its unique potential. Are you ready to be part of tourism’s next transformation?

The session will kick off with a keynote address from Nick Hall packed with inspiration, ideas and thought-starters. You will hear how the seismic disruptions of the last few years have changed everything, and how this is now shaping our choices.

Nick will match this with inspiration and ideas on ‘how to be relevant’, in a brave new world where visitors expect more. His talk will invite you to consider how our choices and sense of purpose define our relevance, whilst our methods – how we use technology, determine our likelihood of succeeding.

The morning will also include talks from some of our own digital trailblazers, along with opportunities for engagement and interaction throughout the Masterclass.

The event will wrap up with a practical session dedicated to amazing shortcuts, tricks and ideas you can work with right away.
