This exclusive event will focus on business leadership in cybersecurity, bringing together cybersecurity experts to discuss and share their practical knowledge.
Key business focused themes on strategically securing and sustaining our digital world will drive the discussions. This forum will serve as a platform for in-depth discussions on sustainable cybersecurity practices, emerging trends and opportunities for meaningful collaboration between business and education.
Keynote speaker, Dr Jon Brickey, Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity Evangelist with Mastercard Technology will provide insights from his extensive experience and insights into leading cybersecurity strategy in a changing global landscape.
About Jon Brickey
Dr. Jon Brickey is Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity Evangelist, for Mastercard Technology. In this role, he leads the development of cybersecurity strategy, research, innovation, outreach, education & awareness, and technology scouting. Jon supports Corporate Security’s mission of delivering safety and security at the speed of business. He also serves as a Board Member for the Internet Security Alliance.
Dr. Brickey earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a master’s degree in Science in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver. He also holds several industry certifications, including the CISSP, and is a graduate of the Washington University in St. Louis Executive Cybersecurity Leadership Program.
Joining the discussion, a panel of experts will explore the importance of developing cybersecurity strategies within a business context, as well as the ongoing efforts to establish and maintain educational pathways that support business needs to support regional growth across the Northwest.
