Businesses across the North West are being invited to build practical AI skills through a new Chamber-backed training offer designed around real day-to-day work.

Londonderry Chamber, in partnership with NI Chamber, Letterkenny Chamber and Causeway Chamber, has launched the North West AI Masterclass – a practical, role specific AI training programme designed for real workplace use and for any business to implement.

Delivered by AI adoption specialists PAIR, the North West AI Masterclass offers a flexible, one-year, self-paced licence designed to help learners build practical AI skills relevant to their role and business needs using tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot, both paid and free versions.

Unlike generic AI courses or free online resources, the North West AI Masterclass is built around applied learning. Each learner creates a profile based on their role, business and priorities, with exercises and assignments tailored accordingly.

The four-Chamber partnership reflects a shared commitment to improving practical AI capability across the North West and ensuring businesses can access relevant support close to home.

PAIR, co-founded by James Kuht MBE, specialises in helping organisations turn AI potential into practical business results. Participants will benefit from updated content, LinkedIn certifications and practical support designed to help embed AI into everyday work.

A kick-off webinar will take place on 11th June, giving participants an introduction to the platform and helping them get started with the Masterclass.

Speaking on the initiative, Derry Chamber highlighted the importance of providing practical support to members.
