CRASH Services, Northern Ireland’s leading accident management company, has expanded its vehicle fleet to an impressive 600 vehicles. The milestone marks a significant era of growth for the company since its founding in 1996.

From its humble beginnings with just three cars nearly three decades ago, CRASH has supported over 150,000 motorists across Northern Ireland, helping drivers return to the road quickly after non-fault accidents.

David Irwin, Fleet and Transport Team Leader at CRASH Services, commented:

“As traffic levels have returned to—and even surpassed—pre-pandemic volumes, we’ve seen a sharp rise in demand for our services. Expanding our fleet to 600 vehicles ensures we can continue to meet that demand, keeping our promise of getting customers back on the road without delay.

At CRASH, we pride ourselves on providing a compassionate, professional, and reliable service. Our customers trust us to take care of everything—from vehicle recovery and replacement to managing repairs, claims, and legal or medical support. Most importantly, our service comes at no cost to the customer.”

The expanded fleet includes a diverse range of standard cars, prestige models, vans, 4x4s, taxis, and dual-control vehicles, ensuring a like-for-like replacement for every type of driver. The company has also bolstered its logistics with an increased range of recovery lorries to facilitate rapid pick-up and delivery across the province.

Paula Manoney, Marketing Director at CRASH Services noted: “None of this would be possible without our dedicated staff, who work tirelessly to keep our fleet clean, safe, and ready for customers. Their commitment is what keeps our reputation strong as we continue to grow.”

With over 100 staff across four offices and a dedicated vehicle depot in Mallusk, CRASH Services remains focused on its core mission: ‘To act with care for those involved in road traffic incidents.
