Derry Strabane Labour Market Partnership is developing a three-year Action Plan of employability interventions aimed at positively impacting businesses and residents across the Council area and shaping the local labour market.
We are seeking the views of local businesses to help inform the development of this Action Plan and ensure resources are directed towards addressing recruitment challenges and skills gaps, supporting workforce development, and improving labour market outcomes.
