Derry Chamber will welcome business leaders, corporate partners, patrons, and distinguished guests to the Everglades Hotel this evening for the 68th President’s Annual Dinner.

Hosted by broadcaster Lynette Fay, tonight’s flagship event will bring together the region’s business community for an evening of networking and celebration, with North West entrepreneurship taking centre stage.

The Dinner will feature two dedicated panel discussions, bringing together established and emerging entrepreneurs to share their experiences of building businesses, identifying opportunities and navigating the different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

This year’s Dinner is proudly sponsored by NIE Networks, whose support will bring together the North West business community for one of our region’s most key business occasions. As the organisation responsible for the safe, secure and reliable supply of electricity in Northern Ireland, NIE Networks plays a vital role in supporting the infrastructure on which businesses, communities and the wider economy depend, are we are delighted to be partnering with NIE Networks as our main sponsor.

Now in its 68th year, the President’s Annual Dinner has established itself as an important opportunity for the North West business community to come together and engage with the wider network of leaders and stakeholders helping to shape the region.

In this spirit, distinguished guests will hear from President Steven Lindsay on key opportunities and challenges that we face including how we build this region, represent the voice of the North West and turn commitments into delivery.

The event will also support the President’s charity partner, DEEDS Project (Dementia Engaged and Empowered in Derry & Strabane), with proceeds from the annual charity raffle supporting its work with people living with dementia and their families across the local community.

As guests gather tonight at the Everglades Hotel, this year’s Dinner provides an opportunity to reflect on the strength and diversity of the North West business community while creating space for the conversations and connections that can help shape its next chapter.
