There comes a time in the development of many SME businesses when owners want to realise the value of the business they have built or possibly pass the business on to the next generation. Owners of these businesses often think about when they might retire but few have a plan in place to a enable a successful exit.  For owner managers, successful succession planning is crucial if your business is to retain its true value when you step back or sell out.

This presentation will provide an overview of the exit options available to owners including full or partial family succession, trade sale and management buy-out/ buy-in.
