Johanna Cunningham, Arthur Cox
Johanna is an associate solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Team in the Arthur Cox Belfast Office. She has extensive experience in advising on both contentious and non-contentious data compliance and data protection matters. Johanna’s experience includes advising on commercial contracts, data processing agreements, data transfer arrangements, data breaches, subject access requests, privacy noticesand ICO communications. Johanna has also gained considerable experience in relation to data compliance which includes advising on additional safeguards and derogations under the GDPR and data transfers during and after the EU Exit transition period.
Seamus Leheny, Logistics UK
Seamus Leheny is the Policy Manager for Logistics UK in Northern Ireland representing the interests of businesses involved in all elements of logistics, supplychains and transport.
Seamus’s work involves regular engagement with national and local government on a wide range of policy matters ranging from Brexit, compliance, sustainable transport and infrastructure.
Prior to working for Logistics UK, Seamus worked in the European and Deep Sea shipping industry representing various shipping companies based in Belfast Port gaining valuable experience in supply chains, administrative and customs protocols for various trade flows.
Deirdre Maguire, InterTradeIreland
Deirdre has a wide range of experience working with SMEs, is a Bachelor of Financial Services. She previously worked with Ulster Bank in both Retail and in Business Banking for over 20 years and in a range of positions. She then worked in the manufacturing sector with Norbrook Laboratories and then with MJM Marine Group and now manages the InterTrade Ireland Brexit Advisory Service and is working closely with SMEs sharing the detailof supports available through Brexit and Covid.
