Derry City and Strabane Cross Border Job Fair Set for September 9th, 2025

Derry City and Strabane Council, in partnership with the Department for Communities, Cross Border Partnership for Employment Services (CBPES), and the Derry and Strabane Labour Market Partnership, are gearing up to host the 2025 Cross Border Job Fair. The event will take place on Tuesday, 9th September 2025, at the Foyle Arena, Derry~Londonderry, from 10:30am to 2:00pm.

Employers recruiting across the Derry and Strabane Council and Donegal Council areas are invited to register their interest to participate in this major recruitment event. This is an excellent opportunity for businesses to connect with local job seekers and showcase available vacancies.

Employers interested in securing a stand at the job fair must complete the online registration form by 5:00pm on Friday, 15th August 2025. Applicants are required to provide details of the vacancies they plan to offer and confirm their availability for the full duration of the event.

A ‘Quiet Hour’ will take place from 10:30am to 11:00am to accommodate individuals who prefer a calmer environment before the job fair officially opens to the public at 11:00am.

Due to limited stand availability, employers will be notified via email if they have been successful in securing a spot.
