DESCRIPTION:We're thrilled to have you joining us for the ARC 3K Colour Das
 h on Saturday\, June 15th 2024! Get ready for a vibrant and exciting event
  that celebrates community\, wellness\, and our 2024 campaign\, #RecoverTo
 gether.\n\nWe want to ensure you have all the details you need to make the
  most of your experience\, so please take a moment to review the agenda an
 d important information below:\n\nEvent Date: Saturday 15th June\n\nEvent 
 Time: Registration starts at 12 pm\, Event begins at 1 pm\n\n12:00 pm: Reg
 istration Opens\n\nPlease arrive promptly to collect your event packs\, in
 cluding your t-shirt\, colour powder etc. We recommend arriving early to a
 void any queues and to have ample time for the registration process.\n\n12
 :45 pm: Safety Briefing\n\nFor the safety of all participants\, a mandator
 y safety briefing will be conducted prior to the start of the event. Pleas
 e listen attentively to the instructions and guidelines provided.\n\n1:00 
 pm: Colour Dash Begins!\n\nLet the fun begin! Get ready to run\, walk\, or
  dance your way through the 3K route while getting showered in vibrant col
 ours. Enjoy the lively atmosphere\, music\, and community spirit throughou
 t the event.\n\n3 pm: Event Conclusion\n\nAs the event comes to a close\, 
 we encourage you to stay\, connect with fellow participants\, and celebrat
 e your accomplishments. Feel free to capture memorable moments and share t
 hem using the event hashtag #ARC3KColourDash.\n\nWe advise wearing comfort
 able clothing and shoes suitable for running or walking. Don't forget to b
 ring a change of clothes\, towels\, and any additional items you may need 
 post-event. Water stations and first aid services will be available along 
 the route.\n\nWe can't wait to see you on Saturday and make this event a m
