Join us for the ARC Fitness ‘Health Fest NW’ as part of our #recovertogether campaign.

The event will bring together over 70 of the North West’s leading psychological and physical health services, addiction services, and support organisations to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to health and wellness.

On Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, at the Millennium Forum Theatre & Conference Centre , this event will feature a range of activities including:

Free health screenings
Mental and physical health services
Education and employment support
Housing and benefits assistance
Fitness and mindfulness demonstrations.

The purpose of the #recovertogether campaign is to highlight that recovery isn’t just an individual conquest; it’s a collective effort, a shared responsibility. At this event, attendees will be able to see first-hand the range of resources available to them and learn how they can take control of their health and well-being.
