Presenter bios:

Glenn Hinds has over thirty years’ experience as a senior social work practitioner, counsellor and mentor in mental health, substance misuse and personal wellbeing settings. Since 2008 he has also been developing and delivering bespoke training in Motivational Interviewing and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to leaders and staff across the UK, Ireland, and USA. including the five Northern Ireland Health & Social Care Trusts; Public Health Agency (NI), The University of Tennessee, Probation Board NI, National Ambulance Service, Surrey County Council, Health Service Executive, Start 360, ASCERT, Educational Guidance Services for Adults (EGSA); CLEAR Project, and ASPIRE (Wirral).
