 ices\n\n\nThe Londonderry Chamber of Commerce in partnership with  CrossB
 order Partnership Employment Service  (CBPES) will host a breakfast semin
 ar on tax and social security implications for cross-border workers and em
 ployers.\n\nThis seminar serves as an introduction to the free services of
 fered by CBPES to help establish and strengthen networks between CPBES ad
 visers and employers.\n\nThis seminar will also provide cross border worke
 rs and employers with information on social security and tax issues such a
 s redundancy payments\, pension lump sums\, tax relief on pension contribu
 tions\, tax requirements for cross border workers\, social insurance benef
 its and pensions in a cross-border situation.\n\n CBPES Objectives andApp
 roach \n\nTo offer through CBPES and partner organisations\, client servic
 es to actual and potential frontier workers by providing information and a
 dvice on job vacancies and job applications as well as on living and worki
 ng conditions and other relevant information related to the labour market 
 in the cross-border region\, such as security\, taxation and labour law.\n
 \nTo provide information and advice to employers on recruiting workersfrom
  bordering member states\, on how to tap on the potential skills poolin th
 e cross-border region\, on how to draft and advertise job vacancies and jo
 b applications for the cross-border labour market and on how to develop a 
 welcoming culture and integration policy for workers from the cross-border

  Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CI
 PD)\, and over 24 years HR Management experience having worked across mult
