Coinciding with International Woman’s Week,  “Diversity in Leadership” is an insightful event focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) within leadership roles across various industries.

Panel Discussion:
Distinguished leaders in diversity and inclusion will engage in a thought-provoking dialogue on the importance of diversity in leadership roles. The discussion will explore strategies for fostering diverse leadership teams and overcoming challenges in promoting inclusivity.

Case Study:
Susan Walker from Allstate will present a case study highlighting their journey towards achieving Gold Accreditation by Diversity Mark. Attendees will gain practical insights and best practices for implementing diversity initiatives within their organisations. Allstate are the first company in UK & Ireland to be awarded the Gold Standard accreditation by Diversity Mark in March 2023.
