DESCRIPTION:Join AWARE NI\, on behalf of the All-Party Group on Mental He
 alth\, for a timely conversation on how we can build mentally healthier w
 orkplaces across Northern Ireland.\n\nMental health at work affects indivi
 duals\, teams\, organisations and the wider economy. This event will bring
  together policymakers\, employers\, practitioners and workplace leaders
  to explore why workplace mental health matters\, what good support looks
  like in practice\, and what more can be done to create healthier working 
 environments.\n\nThe programme will include:\n\n 	a ministerial discussio
 n on workplace mental health as a health and economic issue\n 	practical 
 insight from AWARE NI on supporting conversations in the workplace\n 	ex
 pert input on the economic cost of poor workplace mental health\n 	an em
 ployer panel sharing experiences\, challenges and lessons learned\n\nThis
  event is designed for:\n\n 	employers and business leaders\n 	HR and peop
 le professionals\n 	public sector and policy stakeholders\n 	community and
  voluntary sector organisations\n 	anyone with an interest in improving me
 ntal health at work\n\nThere will also be time for networking and informa
