– To apply practical models and tools to harness these natural motivators effectively.

- Motivational Wheel Experience:
- Participants will engage with Training Concepts’ Motivational Wheel.
- The activity will focus on identifying the personal “buttons” that make people tick.
- This segment aims to foster a collaborative environment where attendees can share and discover diverse motivational triggers.
- Corporate Menagerie Caricatures:
- Introduction to the Corporate Menagerie caricatures, a tool to identify and understand different work personalities.
- Participants will have fun exploring these caricatures and uncovering the hidden potential within their colleagues and themselves.
- This activity is designed to be engaging and insightful, promoting a deeper understanding of workplace dynamics.
- G.R.O.W.T.H. Model Application:
- An opportunity to test the G.R.O.W.T.H. Model, which is used to set and achieve personal development objectives.
- Participants will learn how to establish and fulfil their development goals using this structured approach.
- This segment aims to provide practical and actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.
