The Millennium Forum has just announced that global manufacturing company, Terex, has joined forces with the theatre as a Corporate Box Sponsor. The new partnership will see the manufacturing company push their branding to over 300,000 annual theatre customers whilst also expanding their staff engagement and corporate entertaining at some of the city’s biggest events in the North West’s leading cultural venue.

Cara Mc Cartney, Development and Creative Engagement Manager at the Millennium Forum, welcomes Terex to the Forum’s Sponsorship portfolio:

“The Millennium Forum continues to build and retain new business partnerships.  We work with businesses of many sizes but on this occasion, we are delighted to partner with the global brand, Terex who are large employers with a base in Campsie as well as numerous worldwide locations.  They demonstrate high integrity and respect for others in their work practices and aim to be the most customer responsive company in their industry.  It’s this customer driven ethos which sits well with our own commitment to putting customers first. Terex is a large employer and, like the Forum, works closely with schools and colleges throughout numerous NI locations.   We are a registered charity and their support will help us reach deeper into the community and enable us to continue with our award-winning Access, outreach and educational events.

Partnerships like this make our community impact stronger and we look forward to working with the team at Terex to develop this partnership.”

Kieran Hegarty, President Terex Materials Processing added, “Terex is proud to be working with the Millennium Forum, a fantastic venue for arts and cultural events that we’re lucky enough to have here on our doorstep. While Terex is global in nature, each of our facilities are a close-knit family—supporting the local areas in which we operate not only aligns closely to our business values but is very important to our team members who live and work locally. We are pleased that our support will help the Millennium Forum continue to be a vibrant and important hub within our community.”

Terex is a global manufacturer of materials processing machinery and aerial work platforms. They design, build and support products used in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, energy, recycling, minerals and materials management applications.  Certain Terex products, including those manufactured locally at Campsie, enable customers to reduce their environmental impact such as electric and hybrid offerings that deliver quiet and emission-free performance, products that support renewable energy, and products that aid in the recovery of useful materials from various types of waste. While Terex products are manufactured in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia and sold worldwide, the company has a significant footprint in Northern Ireland, with facilities at Campsie, Omagh, Dungannon, Cookstown, Ballymoney and Lurgan, employing over 2,000 people.
