Chamber members are being invited to a free “Why Join” webinar on the North West AI Masterclass, giving businesses a practical look at the course before deciding whether it is right for them.

The session is listed for 27th May 2026, 12:00-12:45, and will focus on what the Masterclass covers, how the learning platform works and how participants can use it to build practical AI skills for day-to-day work.

The North West AI Masterclass has been developed as a cross-Chamber initiative involving Londonderry Chamber, NI Chamber, Letterkenny Chamber of Commerce and Causeway Chamber of Commerce, and is delivered by AI adoption specialists PAIR. It offers a flexible, self-paced learning licence designed around individual roles, workflows and business priorities.

During the webinar, Josh Kyle from Londonderry Chamber will talk through the course from a learner’s perspective, including his own experience of completing the training, how the platform supports different levels of AI confidence, and what members can expect once they sign up.

The programme puts tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot at the core, with wider exposure to platforms including Claude and Lovable, helping participants understand how different AI tools can support real workplace tasks.

For many businesses, the challenge is no longer whether AI matters, but how to select the right tools, build staff confidence and see a practical return from using them. This webinar is designed to give members a clearer view of the course, the platform and the potential benefits before committing.
