The Producer is key to ensuring that all The Playhouse’s creative work is produced to the highest standard. The role supports the artistic work of The Playhouse across productions, our programme and participation, having a vital role regarding The Playhouse Young Artist Programme and working closely with the Creative Director.

The Playhouse welcomes talented and collaborative individuals who are ambitious and eager to contribute to a dynamic, multi-disciplined team. The successful candidate will have excellent project management, organisational and communication skills as well as the versatility to work across a diverse portfolio.The successful candidate will already have experience of producing, with a track record of supporting the delivery of high quality productions, events and activities and the ability to work across multiple projects and programmes at different stages of production. They will be highly organised, understanding the value of systems to support delivery and best practice. They will be able to motivate and bring diverse people together to work as a team as well as communicate effectively across The Playhouse and with co-producers and partners.

As a role contributing across the breadth of our creative outputs we are open to welcoming a candidate with the relevant key skills, ability and desire to learn the full scope of the position as necessary.

Salary :  £30-£32k per year
Status : Full Time / Permanent
