McCay Legal is pleased to announce the acquisition of the well-established Omagh-based firm, James McNulty & Co. Solicitors with all staff being retained and the offices at 25-27 Georges Street, Omagh remaining open. The acquisition follows McCay Legal’s acquisition of AD McClay Solicitors in 2023 and brings the firm’s headcount to 23 staff across offices in Derry, Strabane and Omagh.

James McNulty & Co has been serving the people of Tyrone since 1931 and offers a range of services such as Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Estates and Personal Injury. The merger of the 2 firms will allow McCay Legal to enhance McNulty’s core services while also introducing a broader suite of commercial and corporate legal services to support both individuals and businesses in the region. Associate Director of McCay Legal and Drumquin native, Charlene McNabb, will head up the Omagh office while Cathal Murray will remain with the firm as a consultant.
