The Leadership Collective is a new programme from Holywell Trust, in partnership with Fermanagh Trust and Rural Community Network.

We aim to bring together senior leaders from the public, private, and community sectors to tackle critical socio-economic challenges in the North West. Through monthly workshops, you’ll engage with key topics such as health, housing, education, and policy influence. The learning experience will be further enhanced by mentoring and study visits, including a midpoint trip to Dublin, where you’ll learn from leaders driving large-scale change.

The programme places a strong emphasis on action-oriented collaboration and the creation of an enduring professional network, promoting long-term community impact.
