Out From Behind The Screen

Get back in front of the people who buy from you
If the computer screens went dark tomorrow, would you know how to go out and find your next customer? Would you feel ready to walk in, introduce yourself, and have the conversation that wins the work?
Technology has changed how we do business. It has not changed the one thing that matters. People still buy from people.
It is easy to let the screen do it all. Send another email rather than pick up the phone or ask for the meeting, because that feels like the simpler option. It is the simpler option. It is also why the work goes to someone else.
This is a working morning, not a talk. We will role play real situations together, so you practise the conversations rather than just hear about them. You are paying for a skill you can use, and you will leave having actually done it.
What we will cover
– How to open a conversation with someone you have never met
– What to say when you get in front of a customer, so it never feels pushy
– The questions that move a chat towards actual business
–How to follow up in a way that keeps the door open
You will leave with words you can use, an approach you can trust, and the confidence to put it into practice the very next day.
Come with five potential customers in mind, people or businesses you would genuinely like to connect with, and we will look together at how you would approach them. Think of it as more useful than a networking morning. Instead of collecting cards, you leave with a real plan for the people you actually want to win.
Who it is for
Business owners, startups and anyone who has to find their own customers but does not want to do it all from behind a keyboard. It is especially suited to smaller businesses where you wear every hat, including the sales one. No sales background is needed. If anything, the people who get the most from a morning like this are the ones who have never thought of themselves as salespeople.
